This policy describes how Atil Singh, the operator of the public website at atilsingh.com, handles information associated with that site. It does not cover external websites or separate products and services, including E.I. Email Intelligence.

Information we receive

If you email Atil using the link on this site, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. The website does not have a contact form, newsletter signup, visitor account, or database of inquiries.

Like most websites, the hosting and security services used to deliver this site may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request time, and pages requested, and may produce aggregate traffic statistics from those requests. The site may also request a public, approved Instagram-metrics file from an external hosting service. That file contains public account figures, not information you submitted.

How we use information

We use correspondence to read and respond to professional inquiries and comply with applicable law. We do not use an inquiry to enroll you in marketing email.

Providers and external links

We use service providers for website delivery, security, and email. They may process information needed to provide those services. The public metrics file may be delivered by GitHub Pages. If you follow links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Pier 4, or other sites, their own privacy policies apply. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.

We do not install advertising pixels or visitor-analytics scripts on this site, and we do not sell or share information received through the site for advertising. Our hosting provider may still produce aggregate traffic statistics as described above. If our data practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before using new tools.

Retention and security

We do not keep a separate website database of visitors or inquiries. Emails remain in the receiving mailbox until deleted. We generally delete routine inquiries when they are no longer needed, often within a month, but we do not use a fixed deletion deadline; legal or business needs may require longer. Email, hosting, security, and backup providers may retain technical or delivery records under their own settings and policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is perfectly secure. Please do not email passwords, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information through the public contact link.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent through this site by emailing as@atilsingh.com. We will respond as applicable law requires, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser “Do Not Track” setting because no advertising or visitor-analytics scripts are configured. If a legally required opt-out signal applies, we will honor it.

Children

This professional website is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child sent us personal information through the site.
